UPDATED 28/03/22. Following the further easing of Covid Restrictions, we have reviewed and updated our Covid Policy.

Our aims & priorities continue to be;

  • To keep you as safe as possible

  • To protect us from contracting the virus & being unable to work

  • To reduce the risk of us from transmitting the virus to you

We are committed to ensuring that every measure is in place to minimise the risk of exposure to COVID-19, but we cannot guarantee there is no risk to you as a result of attending the salon.

Before You Book

You will be asked to complete our online Declaration when you make a booking. Please complete this before your appointment. You will only need to complete this form once although we expect you notify us of any changes every time you book.

Your Appointment

Please DO NOT make a booking or turn up for an appointment if;

  1. you have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 10 days even if you are consistently testing negative with Lateral Flow Tests.

  2. you are waiting for a Coronavirus test result.

If you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive but you do not have any symptoms and have had a negative Covid test since you were last in contact with them, you are welcome to attend your appointment.  Please don't be offended if we ask you to wear a mask in this instance.  You may prefer to reschedule your appointment which we are happy to do for you but please note that cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment may incur a charge.

In ALL cases, if you are unsure about anything, we can discuss this prior to making an appointment.

If any of our staff feel ill or have symptoms of COVlD-19, they will self-isolate immediately and not come into the salon. This may mean that we have to cancel your appointment at short notice. We appreciate that this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled you will be offered an appointment with another therapist or you will be able to re-book again.

Is a Face Covering Compulsory at The Lodge?

We will continue to wear a face covering during your appointment but we will no longer insist on face coverings in certain circumstances but we actively encourage our clients to wear one during their appointmeng particularly for close-contct treatments.

Our treatments

We may have to remove or amend our treatments at short notice to comply with Government advice. We will contact you as soon as we can to change, postpone or cancel your appointment.

We will try to make your treatment as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns about your treatments please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate you.

All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and that of our staff. We will continue to take advice from the Government and the NHS regarding safe practice and will review and amend them as necessary.

Thank you for your understanding.
